The room was spacious. Good linen was provided. The mattress was comfy and I liked the air conditioning.
The car park signage was confusing. I ended up paying extra. There was no soundproofing from the room above. People were loud late at night.

The room featured original oak beams. It ALSO had a coffee machine, teas, and biscuits. The hotel is very close to a shopping mall, so grabbing essentials was easy.
The car park signage was slightly confusing. It took a moment to figure things out.

mixed feelings about the stay
friendly staffdark roomscuffed headboard
the staff were friendly and everything was explained clearly.
The room was quite dark. 2 Of the 3 ceiling lights were not working. the wardrobe door mirror was hanging off and the headboard was scuffed. the toilet also seemed a bit dodgy, i was quite frustrated.
